Application of Silicon Metal Powder

Silicon metal powder is used for the production of organic silicon, the preparation of high-purity semiconductor materials, and the preparation of alloys for special purposes.

Introduction of Silicon Metal Powder

The composition of metal silicon powder is mainly silicon, so it has similar properties to silicon. The properties of metal silicon are similar to those of germanium, lead and tin, and have semiconductor properties.
