FeSi 75 lump or ferro silicon 75 lump is a silvery gray ferrosilicon, which is widely used in steelmaking industry and casting industry. Ferrosilicon powder, granules and lumps are the common models of ferro silicon.
Ferro silicon 75 lump is commonly used as deoxidizer in steel smelting and has a good deoxidizing effect. Adding a certain amount of ferro silicon lump in the iron casting process can prevent the formation of carbides in the iron and promote the precipitation and spheroidization of graphite. Therefore, ferro silicon 75 lumps are also favored by many steel industries.
