Electron arrangement outside the nucleus: 1s ² 2s ² 2p⁶ 3s ² 3p ²;
Cell type: cubic diamond type;
Cell parameter: measured at 20 ℃, its cell parameter a=0.543087nm;
Color and appearance: dark gray with a blue hue;
The E of monocrystalline silicon (100) was measured by nanoindentation method, ranging from 140 to 150 GPa;
Conductivity: The conductivity of silicon is closely related to its temperature. As the temperature increases, the conductivity increases, reaching its maximum around 1480 ℃. However, when the temperature exceeds 1600 ℃, it decreases with the increase of temperature.
